We’re pleased to announce that the MyXplore customer portal is now available as a convenient mobile app that can be downloaded on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

The app includes all the same features and functions as the browser version of MyXplore including the ability to manage settings like your username, email, time zone and language as well as change your password.

We know that many of our customers prefer to self-serve online, at their own convenience, and that’s why we’ve included the following features for when you’re looking for account information or support.

Account Management

In the MyXplore app, you can view your account number and account name. You can also view or edit your billing address and email.

If there’s someone in your family who would like to be added or removed as a contact on your account, you easily do that within the app.

The MyXplore app also makes tracking your data easy. If you don’t currently subscribe to a package with unlimited data just navigate to the “usage tracker” tool and see how much data you have left in the current bill cycle.

If you want to see which package you are currently subscribed to, that information is also available.

Billing and Payment

You can conveniently view your last payment date as well as the balance on your current invoice.

If you want to review or print current or past invoices, you can also download them right from the app.

And, you can save time calling into customer service by adding or deleting payment methods with the click of a button!


Want to change your package? If the opportunity is available, you will see the option to upgrade to faster speeds in the MyXplore app!

You can also top up your data, suspend your subscription, and adjust your home phone settings.

Some adjustments you can make to your home phone settings are:

  • View/Edit E911 Address
  • View/Edit Time Zone (VM)
  • View/Edit Call Forwarding
  • View/Download Voicemail
  • Reset Voicemail PIN
  • Manage Call Screening
  • View Home Phone Usage

Downloading the MyXplore App

If you’re an Android user, simply navigate to your MyXplore account in your web browser. You will be given the option to install the MyXplore app through a prompt as well as a button.

IOS users will need to install the app manually by navigating to their MyXplore account on Safari and clicking “Add to Home Screen” in settings.
