Xplore Reward Policy
- To get the $100 bill credit, the referral must be submitted to Xplore on or before December 18, 2026, and the internet must be installed on or before January 18, 2027.
- Customers must submit the referral before the new account is created.
- The referred account must be active for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied.
- Credit processing time is 30 days to 60 days after the 30-day activation period has passed.
- Referring customer account must be active and in good standing.
- If referring customer's account is not in good standing within 6 months of reward qualification, reward will be forfeited.
- Offer not available to employees of Xplore Inc., installers or dealers of Xplore services.
- Refer-A-Friend Rewards are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Xplore.
By participating in the Xplore Refer-a-Friend program, you acknowledge that you have an existing personal or family relationship with the referred party and the explicit consent of the referred party (“referral”) to submit their contact information to Xplore Inc. (“Xplore”) for further email and phone communications. Referral’s name, address and telephone number must be provided to Xplore prior to the referral’s initial contact with Xplore or dealer to request to sign up as an Xplore customer. Referee must be a new customer. Referee’s account must be active for more than 30 days for credit to be awarded. Credit will be awarded within three months of referee’s account activation. Referrer and referee accounts must be active and in good standing to be eligible for credit. Credit will be forfeited if the referee’s account not in good standing within 6 months of reward qualification. Offer not available to employees of Xplore Inc. or Xplore Fibre LP, installers or dealers of Xplore services.
*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to Canadian residents who are of the age of majority and are existing Xplore Internet residential customers with an active account in good standing. Contest Periods run from the 19th of a month to the 18th of the following month. Enter by submitting a referral or without purchase by mail-in entry (see Official Rules at www.xplore.ca/rafcontest for details). One entry per valid referral and mail-in submission per Contest Period. One prize per Contest Period: winner's Internet access and standard equipment rental charges paid for 1 year (12 monthly credits). ARV: $780–$1,800 CAD. Limit one prize per person. Odds depend on number of entries received per Contest Period. Correct answer to skill-testing question required.
