Refer-A-Friend Credit Policy

  • Customers cannot refer themselves.
  • Customers must submit the referral before the new account is created.
  • The referred account must be active within 30 days of the submission.
  • The referred account must be active for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied.
  • Credit processing time is 6-8 weeks after the 30 day activation period has passed.
  • Referring customer must have a valid recurring payment method on file.
  • Referring customer must be active and in good standing. Credits will not be applied to accounts that are suspended or cancelled.
  • Offer not available to employees of Xplore Inc., installers or dealers of Xplore services, or the family members of any Marketing & Sales employees, installers or dealers of Xplore services.
  • The Refer-A-Friend credit amount is $50 per referral for the referrer and $50 for the referred account.

By participating in the Xplore Refer-a-Friend program, you acknowledge that you do not have an existing personal or family relationship with the referred party and the explicit consent of the referred party (“referral”) to submit their contact information to Xplore Inc. (“Xplore”) for further email and phone communications.
