Refer-A-Friend Credit Policy

  • Customers cannot refer themselves.
  • Customers must submit the referral before the new account is created.
  • Dealers can submit the Refer-A-Friend through the Dealer Portal on behalf of a new or existing customer.
  • The new account must be active within 30 days of the submission. If the account is activated after 30 days, the customer will not be eligible for the referral credit.
  • The new account must be active for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied.
  • Credit processing time is 6-8 weeks after the 30 day activation period has passed.
  • Referring customer must have a valid recurring payment method on file.
  • Referring customer must be active and in good standing. Credits will not be applied to accounts that are suspended or cancelled.
  • Offer not available to employees of Xplore Inc., installers or dealers of Xplore services, or the family members of any Marketing & Sales employees, installers or dealers of Xplore services.
  • The Refer-A-Friend credit amount is $50 per referral.

To receive the $50 credit on your account, you must be a current Xplore customer in good standing and not a dealer, installer or employee of Xplore. Referral must maintain Xplore customer status for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied to your account. The referral credit will be applied to your account within 6-8 weeks. Referral’s name, address and telephone number must be provided to Xplore prior to the referral’s initial contact with Xplore or dealer to request to sign up as an Xplore customer.
