Terms & Conditions

  • Offer subject to change without notice. Available to new and current Xplore residential Fibre and 5G Fixed Wireless Internet customers on eligible plans with download internet speed of up to 50 Mbps with an active account in good standing.
  • Xplore TV is available only as an add-on to eligible Xplore residential Internet service and is not available as a standalone TV service.
  • A monthly internet and TV service bundling discount will be applied if the eligibility requirements are met.
  • Customer must maintain an eligible Xplore Internet service and Xplore TV service in good standing to remain eligible for any bundle discount, introductory offer, promotional pricing, or related benefit.
  • Availability is address-specific and subject to network, serviceability, regulatory, content-rights, and partner requirements. Geographic restrictions apply. Eligibility for Xplore Internet service does not guarantee eligibility for Xplore TV service.
  • Accounts are for the use of residents living at the specified service address.  Sharing account details is expressly prohibited.
  • Xplore TV packages, channel lineups, features, pricing, charges, promotions, bundle discounts, are subject to change without notice, or with the notice required by law and may vary by region and availability. Streaming features and simultaneous-stream limits vary by package.
  • Customers may access Xplore TV using supported devices only. Supported device types may include an Xplore-provided set-top box, supported smart TVs, streaming devices, mobile devices, tablets, and web browsers, subject to final supported model, operating system, app, and version requirements.
  • Promotional credits, discounts, or bundle benefits, where offered, are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be pro-rated for partial billing periods, and may be removed if eligibility requirements are no longer met. Discounts cannot reduce the bill below $0 and may be applied only against eligible service charges as disclosed at the time of sale.
  • Xplore TV service, content, applications, platform capabilities, and supported features are delivered in partnership with MSCTV and/or its technology and content partners. Xplore Internet services are provided independently by Xplore. Xplore and MSCTV are each responsible only for the services they provide, and neither company makes warranties or representations regarding services provided by the other except as expressly stated in an approved agreement or customer-facing disclosure.
  • Offer cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Limit of one Xplore TV promotional discount or bundle discount per eligible Internet account unless otherwise disclosed. Taxes, applicable fees, and charges are extra. Final eligibility, pricing, availability, package selection, and installation options will be confirmed at point of sale and/or installation. Monthly discount available for bundling Xplore Internet and TV Service.
