Terms & Conditions

  • Offer subject to change without notice. Use of promo code required. Available to new and current Xplore residential Internet customers on eligible plans with an active account in good standing who are newly activating or adding an eligible TELUS mobility post-paid rate plan.
  • A $15/mo. discount will apply to the Internet plan for as long as the eligibility requirements are met or until the discount is removed by Xplore. Discount is pro-rated, when applicable, during partial billing periods and will appear on the Internet bill following the later of activating the eligible Xplore Internet or TELUS mobility service. Limit of one Internet bill discount per internet and mobility account.
  • Bill discount is non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for Internet service charges, and carries no cash value after deactivating Internet service. Discount cannot reduce internet bill past $0. Eligibility of service for one company does not guarantee eligibility of service by the other.
  • Customer must maintain both eligible services in good standing to be eligible for this offer. Final eligibility for mobility service will be determined by a TELUS representative. Geographic restrictions apply. This offer is not available for customers with service addresses in Alberta, British Columbia, City of Toronto, City of Montreal or City of Ottawa.
