Slowdowns can occur when many people are online at the same time, especially on older infrastructure that wasn’t built for modern usage. In coastal areas, heavy winds, storms, fog, and salt-air conditions can affect signals. Terrain and natural obstructions may also play a role. Fibre is the most reliable option because it is virtually unaffected by weather or geography. Xplore’s expertise in delivering rural Internet paired with our investment into state-of-the-art fibre and wireless technologies like 5G Ultra help minimize these types of performance issues.

Start with availability at your address, then compare the speeds offered, data allowances, technology, installation requirements, customer support, and plan flexibility. Consider how many people and devices will use your connection and activities such as streaming, remote work, video calls, and gaming. Xplore's local technicians and 100% Canadian support team can help you find the right option for your home.

Installation depends on the technology available at your address but setup is typically straightforward and completed by local technicians familiar with New Brunswick’s terrain. We’ll provide clear timelines before scheduling your appointment. On installation day, your technician will set up your equipment, test your connection, and make sure everything is working before they leave.
