Christmas in July Contest

Official Rules and Regulations

1. Contest Period.

   The Christmas in July contest (the "Contest") starts at 12:01 AM ET on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). All times refer to Eastern Time. Entries submitted will be evaluated based on this time zone.

2. How to Enter. 

   No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, visit the website located at https://www.xplore.ca/cij-contest-atlantic/ and fully complete the online entry form during the Contest Period.  Limit of one entry per person permitted during the Contest Period. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means including use of any automated system to participate, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these official rules and regulations ("Rules") may be disqualified.  All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. Eligibility.

   The Contest is open to legal residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, and authorized representatives (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of: (i) Xplore Inc.  (the "Sponsor"), or any of the Sponsor's affiliates, subsidiaries, authorized dealers, advertising and promotional agencies; (ii) prize suppliers, and (iii) any other person or entity associated with the Contest. 

4. Prizes. 

   There are 3 prizes available to be won: one $1,000 CAD gas gift card, one $500 CAD gas gift card, and one $300 CAD gas gift card. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, except as identified above, will be made. Prizes may not be sold, transferred or assigned and are not convertible to cash.

5. Winner Selection.

   On August 4th, 2026, a random draw conducted by the Sponsor will take place from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. For each prize to be awarded pursuant to these Rules, one entrant will be randomly selected as a potential winner and notified by the Sponsor or its authorized dealers using the information provided at the time of entry. In the event any potential winner does not respond to such notification within 5 days, declines the prize for any reason, or does not meet the requirements set forth in these Rules, as determined by the Sponsor or its authorized dealers, the potential winner will be disqualified and, time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries, or the prize will be cancelled. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

   To be declared a prize winner, a potential winner must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and otherwise complying with the Rules: (i) have correctly answered, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor or its authorized dealers, and (ii) within the time stipulated by the Sponsor or its authorized dealers, complete and return a contest eligibility and liability/publicity release ("Release Form") which, among other things, confirms compliance with these Rules, acknowledges acceptance of the prize as awarded, releases the Sponsor and its directors, officers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from all liability of any kind arising out of participation in the Contest and receipt and use of the prize, and except where prohibited by law, permits the Sponsor or its authorized dealers to publish, reproduce and/or use his or her name, address (city and province), voice, photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor or its authorized dealers. Proof of identity must be provided upon request.  In the event that a potential winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate potential winner, and the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. 

6. General.

   By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Rules, and further agree that the decisions of the Sponsor is final. The Sponsor reserves the right at any time without prior notice to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest for any reason.  The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering or disrupting the online entry process or the operation of the Contest or acting in violation of these Rules.  The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for any lost, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entry information howsoever caused. The Sponsor is not liable for injuries, death, damages or losses of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize. In the event of a dispute, entries submitted online will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.  "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

7. Privacy and Personal Information.

   By entering the Contest each entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information by the Sponsor and its authorized dealers for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling the Contest. Any personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of Xplore Inc. which is located at  https://www.xplore.ca/policies/privacy-policy/. Any inquiry concerning the personal information held by Xplore Inc. should be addressed to Xplore Inc. at 625 Cochrane Drive, Suite 1000, Markham, ON L3R 9R9.  The Sponsor's disclosure of your personal information to its authorized dealers will cause your personal information to be subject to the authorized dealers' privacy policies and practices.

8. Publicity. 

   The name of the Prize winners may be posted online or otherwise beginning on the first business day after the winner has been contacted and has returned a fully completed Release Form as set out above. 

9. Subject to Applicable Laws.

   This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
