Email accounts for everyone!
Want to make an official email account for your side-hustle? Are you looking to set up a new email account for a family member? Despite the rise in virtual meetings and instant messaging, email is still an essential tool needed for online memberships, collaborating with others, connecting with loved ones, planning meetings and sharing files.
If you need more email accounts than what’s included in your Xplore Internet package, we’ve got you covered! Get everyone connected with their own Xplore email account for just $4.99/month each. Plus, each new account includes 10 GB of storage for all of your emails and files. Xplore webmail is easy to use and provides all of the features you need for an optimal user experience.
To create a new email address, login to www.myxplore.ca and follow these steps:
1. Click on the Create New button.
2. You can choose an email address ending with @xplore.net.
Email address criteria:
First and last characters must be alphanumeric
Minimum of 3 characters
Maximum of 64 characters
Can contain numbers 0-9, letters a-z, underscore (_), hyphen (-), period (.)
First or last character cannot be a period (.), underscore (_) or hyphen (-)
Cannot contain a space, two consecutive periods (.), or the following special characters: ~, `, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, +, =, (,),< ,>, /, \, |, “, > , ] ,
3. Choose a password and enter it twice to confirm.
Password criteria:
Minimum 8 characters
Maximum 54 characters
Can contain characters: ~, @, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), -, _, =, +, /, \, “, >, ], [, }, {, :, ;, >, <, ., ‘, |, ?
4. Click on Save. The Status of the email address will show “Pending” and the email address will activate within 5 minutes. Then, you can click on Go to Webmail to sign in.
