To reduce the impact that heavier data usage might have on the overall experience of Xplore customers, we have implemented Internet Traffic Management Policies.
Our intent with our policies is to affect the fewest number of customers while helping to maintain the best speeds and transfer times for the majority of customers.
All of Xplore’s packages are subject to an Internet Traffic Management Policy. The policy varies by platform and by the customer’s package. Some policies include charging for data usage beyond a predetermined quota and reducing speeds during peak hours.
