The Internet has something for everybody. You can stream your favourite shows, explore your hobbies or become a part of a new social community. For kids, the Internet offers a place to chat with friends, seek out knowledge, and experiment with creative platforms! However, as we all know, the Internet has a darker side where your children’s best interests are not always in mind.
Whether you are looking to keep your children safe from certain content and malware, or you are simply looking to set time limits and boundaries for browsing, the answer is quite easy: Turn on your parental controls!
To access parental controls, make sure you are in the advanced view as seen below.
Click the Internet tab at the top of the screen and then select Parental Controls on the left column
Here, you can create several rules to control specific devices including tablets, laptops or gaming devices.
You can name each rule and turn them on or off from this panel.
You can also Ban Internet Access for devices for a specific time or even ban websites that you do not want your children to access.
