Microsoft continues to offer Windows 10 to customers on older versions of their operating systems. There’s one setting that you should be aware of if you choose to update to Windows 10: the option to share Windows updates peer-to-peer (P2P) with other computers on your local network or with other computers over the Internet. Allowing others to download parts of Windows updates from your computer can use your Xplore data.
Below are the steps to disable P2P sharing of Windows updates. You can find more tips and tricks for managing your Xplore data in our support article here.
On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time, then type control update in the box and press Enter.
Scroll down and click Advanced options.

Turn the Allow downloads from other PCs toggle Off.
If you’d like to enable P2P sharing of Windows updates, you can choose to only share the updates with other computers on your local network, or with local computers and those on the Internet.
