Metro Loop Setting up Call Forwarding

To forward calls from your phone line to an alternate destination phone number, do the following:

1. From your home phone, dial *31*[number], where [number] is the phone number you want calls forwarded to including the country code. For example: *31*19056678945 will forward calls to (1-)905-667-8945.
2. You will hear a voice prompt indicating the status and destination of the forward.

To toggle an existing forward on or off, dial *31 and listen for the voice prompt to indicate the change.
