If you’d like to refer a friend prior to your installation, please ask your dealer or Xplore to refer a friend on your behalf.
If you prefer to wait until after your installation, you can refer a friend by logging into your account on MyXplore.ca. Instructions for setting up your login for MyXplore.ca are emailed to the email address you provided when you signed up for your Internet service. If you know your username but have forgotten your password, you can request a new password on the MyXplore.ca login page. Otherwise, please call Customer Care at 1-888-514-3675 for assistance.

You will see the credit after 30 days of your friend’s installation date. The reason that we process the credit 30 days after installation is that we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Once your friend’s customer status is active for more than 30 days, Xplore will process the credit on your account. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
No! You can refer as many friends as you like, as long as they aren’t employees of Xplore, installers or dealers of Xplore services, or family members of any Xplore employees, installers or dealers of Xplore services.

1Plans are subject to network availability at your location. By participating in the Xplore Refer-a-Friend program, you acknowledge that you do not have an existing personal or family relationship with the referred party and the explicit consent of the referred party (“referral”) to submit their contact information to Xplore Inc. (“Xplore”) for further email and phone communications. To receive the $50 credit on your account, you must be a current Xplore customer in good standing and not a dealer, installer or employee of Xplore. Referral must maintain Xplore customer status for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied to your account. The referral credit will be applied to your account within 6-8 weeks.
